Time and again when problems like this don't get solved it's because the skipped step was the fix. I'll bet you'd already have it installed if a step I've already given you had not been skipped or ignored. Can you put the stick into another PC to see if it will in fact boot.

My Win7 os has been working fine for the past years, decided to do a clean install of Win The usb media is recognized, completes the loading files page and goes into the motherboard text page with 1 white dot showing then goes to a blank screen. Tried the usb media on another computer and worked fine, turns out the one white dot is the start of the circular dots showing the active install.
